Secara lugas Dwi Sutoro menyatakan tertegun mendapati jargon ringkas dan padat makna itu. Mendukung dengan sepenuh sumberdaya, ia meminta seluruh elemen dalam perusahaan untuk menjadikan kebulatan tekat itu dalam meningkatkan kinerja.

“Ketika masuk ke lokasi, ada beberapa banner bertulis ‘Berubah atau Punah’. Membaca itu saya langsung tumbuh rasa optimistis bahwa PTPN I Regional 7, khususnya di Kebun Bungamayang ini bangkit melompat tinggi. Tagline ini begitu tegas dan lugas yang akan melecut kita semua untuk berani berubah. Sebab, hampir tidak ada makhluk pun yang membiarkan dirinya punah,” katanya.

Acara yang merupakan agenda PTPN III Holding ini dihadiri Direktur Utama PTPN I Teddy Yunirman Danas dan Direktur Pemasaran dan Manajemen Aset Landi Rizaldi Mangaweang. Dari Manajemen Regional 7 hadir SEVP Business Support Okta Kurniawan, SEVP Operation Wiyoso, dan para manajer Kebun Wilayah Lampung. Sedangkan dari stakeholder hadir Camat Bungamayang, Kapolsek Bungamayang dan Sungkai Selatan, Danramil Bungamayang, para Kepala Desa penyangga, dan para tokoh setempat.

Selain pengajian, acara diselingi penyerahan santunan uang kepada 400 anak yatim dan duafa dari sekitar perusahaan. Sebanyak 50 keluarga duafa juga mendapat 50 paket sembako. Sementara dua masjid juga menerima bantuan dana. Secara keseluruhan dana yang dibantukan sebesar Rp68,5 juta bersumber dari Holding Perkebunan, PTPN I Regional 7, Lazis, dan donasi karyawan.

Masih soal perubahan, Teddy mengutip beberapa kearifan tua tentang makna berubah. Esensi perubahan itu, kata dia, adalah kebulatan tekat setiap individu yang bersinergi dengan semua elemen untuk memperbaiki keadaan sekarang harus lebih baik dari kemarin, dan hari esok harus lebih baik dari hari ini.

“Kebijakan yang kita putuskan hari ini harus selaras dengan misi negara. Kita harus menjadi bagian untuk mewujudkan cita-cita Indonesia Emas 2045,” kata dia.

Sebagai tuan rumah, SEVP Business Support Regional 7 Okta Kurniawan mewakili manajemen dalam menyampaikan sambutan. Okta menyampaikan apresiasi kepada Holding Perkebunan Nusantara dan Subholding PTPN I yang memilih Kebun Bungamayang sebagai lokasi Safari Ramadan. Dengan segala potensi yang ada, Okta meminta dukungan penuh dari PTPN III Holding agar Regional 7 bisa mengakselerasi kinerja sehingga bisa bangkit dan sukses berkesinambungan.

“Kami yakin dengan kunjungan ini akan memberi motivasi dan arahan, serta tindak lanjut operasional untuk kemajuan bersama. Dengan dukungan pemegang saham dan stakeholder, kami yakin PTPN I, khususnya Regional 7 akan bangkit dan sustainable,” kata Okta.

Tentang peran stakeholder, Okta menyampaikan apresiasi karena selama ini audah terjalin hubungan yang harmonis. Secara kelembagaan, ia menyatakan komitmen perusahaan untuk memposisikan unsur aparat pemerintahan sebagai mitra strategis. Demikian juga dengan para tokoh, para penggiat lembaga kemasyarakatan, dan warga yang bertetangga dengan perusahaan sebagai saudara yang bisa saling membantu.

“Bagi kami, aparat pemerintah adalah mitra sesama lembaga negara dan tetangga sebagai pagar sosial perusahaan. Dalam menjalankan operasional perusahaan kami sangat membutuhkan situasi lingkungan yang kondusif, saling membatu dan saling menjaga. Prinsip ini kami terapkan di semua unit bisnis kita di Lampung, Sumsel, daj Bengkulu,” kata Okta.

Sementara itu, Ustaz Imam Makruf, penceramah pada acara itu menyampaikan beberapa pesan Qur’an dan Hadis kepada seratusan jemaah yang hadir. Ia mengutip tema Safari Ramadan hari itu, yakni “Sinergi Ramadhan Meraih Berkah untuk Kebaikan dan Kinerja Perusahaan”. Menurut pengasuk Pondok Pesantren Almubarok Baturaja ini mengatakan sinergi hendaknya didasari oleh niat yang sama, keikhlasan menerima perbedaan, dan kemaslahatan bersama.
